Amber Lancaster, oft mistaken for 25 and born in 1980, has lifted the lid on her anti-aging routine as photos and videos of her went viral with people branding her a ‘vampire’. She says that she credits a “small tube” which contains tretinoin for her youthful looks.
The 41-year-old mum regularly posts videos of her fashion and beauty regimes – but viewers are always more taken aback by how young and wrinkle-free she looks. Amber reveals the four products she swears by to keep herself looking younger than ever – starting with tretinoin, which needs a prescription. She explained that it stimulates collagen production and is scientifically proven to change your skin – although it doesn’t suit all types of skin.

Amber started by holding up a tube to the camera, with her explaining that she has been using this product for 15 years. She said: “First being tretinoin, you need a prescription for this. I’ve been using it for 15 years and it’s literally changed my skin. I’m 41 years old and I credit this little tube right here.
“It stimulated collagen production, it’s like the number one ingredient that’s scientifically proven to change your skin. But you do need a prescription for that. It’s not good for all skin types, unfortunately.”
She stated that her second favorite skincare product was the SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic Antioxidant Vitamin C Serum, says RSVP Live. Amber explained: “The combination of all these ingredients is what makes this so effective. Vitamin C is a very trendy ingredient right now, but it’s not always effective. This one is a good one. It will brighten your skin. I use this in the morning.
She continued: “Another one that I swear by and love is this Ponds Dry Skin facial Moisturiser. I used this at night. You can use it during the day as well. It’s more of a midweight, but it does contain petrolatum which is a skin sealant, but a smaller amount.
“Next is the Elizabeth Arden Eight-Hour Cream. This stuff has been around for decades. I’m obsessed with it. People have raved about it forever. You can use it in so many different ways. You can use it on your lips, you can use it on your cuticles, hands, heels.”
The second is SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic Antioxidant Vitamin C Serum, followed by Ponds Dry Skin Facial Moisturizer (which can be used day or night) and Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream.
Amber also revealed that she gets Botox on her forehead and crows feet after one commenter asked if she drinks alcohol – to which Amber cheekily replied: “I also get Botox!” It’s no wonder many people are shocked when they find out her real age, as one person said: “41?! You look 25!”
